2001 Arabic Language 3 The Arabic language course is considered a fundamental requirement for the college of applied professions. The course aims to prepare students to communicate fluently in Arabic in their daily lives and academic work by providing them with basic practical knowledge and skills in Arabic language and its arts that are in line with their needs and knowledge. This will enable them to use it correctly in reading, writing, and speaking, reflecting positively on their performance and increasing their self-confidence and the confidence of others in them. The course includes lessons in grammar, morphology, and basic linguistic rules, as well as listening, speaking, reading, and writing exercises. Additionally, it also includes the study of common vocabulary and phrases in the Arabic language.
2002 English Language 3 It aims to develop the students' four basic skills: writing, reading, comprehension, correct pronunciation, and speaking. As well as the development of basic language rules, which include: verbs, direct speech, prepositions, and the conditional sentence. It also aims to provide the student with English words and terms related to the student's daily and practical life. Writing technical .reports in English
3219 Entrepreneurship 3 " Entrepreneurship course is an educational course aimed at developing students' skills in managing and operating small and medium-sized enterprises، and teaching them how to develop their ideas and turn them into successful projects. During the course, students are taught many basic concepts and skills in the field of entrepreneurship, such as market research, development of administrative and marketing plans, management of human and financial resources, creation of business plans, innovation, and digital transformation. The course is taught practically, relying on practical activities and applied projects that allow students the opportunity to apply the concepts they have learned in their own projects. Entrepreneurship course is considered one of the important courses that helps students achieve their dreams of self-employment and financial independence."

3510 First Aid 2 this course provides students with the knowledge and skills emergency nursing which is necessary to care competently and safely in emergency situations. It provides the students with knowledge and skills that will help them to efficiently provide nursing care for patients during emergency and disaster situations either in pre-hospital settings or in hospital setting and also in disasters. The course will cover the legal aspects of first responder care, personal safety and protection, patient assessment, first aid and emergency nursing care for trauma in the different body systems and first aids and emergency nursing care for specific medical emergencies. Critical thinking and problem solving is emphasized. COURSE OBJECTIVES: Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to: Develop the knowledge and skills needed to meet many different types of situations when emergency first aid care is needed and medical assistance is not excessively delayed. Develop the knowledge and skills needed to aid the infant, the child, or the adult in the event of an accident or illness. Describe how to minimize risks to themselves and others. Identify appropriate nursing diagnosis and expected outcomes for the trauma patient based on the assessment data. Based on the nursing diagnosis, identify the appropriate interventions for patients with trauma or illness. 3523 Internal nursing and surgery 1 3
3524 Internal nursing and surgery 2 3 this course builds on Adult Health Nursing I- (Theory) where the students examine health conditions of body systems that affect adult and older adult populations. It explores clinical manifestation and causes of selected health conditions that are common in Palestine, the treatment modalities and care management of these conditions. The course integrates knowledge from various sources with emphasis on pathophysiology and pharmacology. The student is expected to critically apply the nursing process, begin to develop clinical judgment skills while respecting ethical, legal and safety principles in the holistic care management of patients along the continuum of care. Students are encouraged to integrate evidence to augment and update their knowledge base. Concepts of collaboration, safety and patient centered care are explored as arching concepts in the management of care.
3525 Pediatric and adolescent nursing 3 course introduces students to appropriate scientific knowledge which enables them to develop their own unique clinical and educational approach to care of children, adolescents and their families. The course progresses from simple to complex concepts, as it moves from normal growth and development to health promotion and maintenance to prevention of illnesses and selected health issues.
3526 Maternity and neonatal nursing 3 this course aims to introduce nursing students to basic concepts and principals of nursing care for women before, during and after delivery, the newborn and their families. Students will utilize the nursing process in the provision and promotion of holistic care. Concepts to be explored include normal and abnormal issues during pregnancy, delivery, the postnatal period and the newborn. The most common therapeutic, health and pharmacological interventions associated with promoting health and wellness and management of conditions or disorders are also identified
3527 Community health nursing 2 this course will enable students to understand community health by exploring theoretical frameworks and health care policies and practices that underpin community health nursing. The course will introduce epidemiology; identify determinants of health and discuss health promotion theories and illness prevention strategies for individuals, families and groups; and, discuss vulnerable populations. Community health nurses are responsible for incorporating health planning into their practice. This course is complemented by regular community visits which encompass the undertaking of community health needs assessments followed by implementation of appropriate and culturally sensitive, health education strategies.

2999 Anti - Corruption "Challenges & Solutions" 3 This course provides in-depth knowledge about the global and local concept of corruption, and the complex forms it takes in both official and unofficial institutions alike. The course also discusses the most important factors that increase the likelihood of corruption and its spread, whether those related to the structural organization of state institutions, or the political and social complications that affect the work of these institutions and weaken their ability to combat this phenomenon. Additionally, the course covers the most important strategic plans and globally recognized approaches to combating corruption. It also introduces the national strategy for combating corruption.
