The Admission and Registration Deanship is responsible for providing academic supervision for the students from the moment of admission to graduation. The missions of the Deanship can be briefed in the following:
1. Participation in constructing the admission policy and announcing the dates of admission and registration.
2. Participation in the preparation of academic rules and regulations.
3. Participation in the release of the annual academic calendar.
4. Accepting new students and organizing the registration, withdrawal and addition process.
5. Issuing all documents related to students from their admission until their graduation.
6. Processing the students' academic status and their discipline to the study system.
7. Preparing statistics and reports regarding students and their academic status.
8. Preparing work schedules and exams for all disciplines at the university.
9. Maintaining Information records and archiving all documents related to the Deanship and students.
10. Coordinating with the Ministry and other relevant official authorities regarding the students' academic records.
