The PhD program in Business Administration aims to develop a specialized cadre in business management, capable of leading and developing institutions, shaping policies, solving societal problems, and enriching scientific research in the field of business administration.

Considering the program’s mission and the university’s mission, the alignment between the two is clear, with a focus on providing solutions for society, enriching scientific research, and enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and learning.

Admission Requirements:

  1. Must hold at least a very good grade in the Master’s degree (or its equivalent) and a good grade in the Bachelor’s degree.

  2. Must have a Master’s degree equivalency or official validation from the Ministry of Higher Education, as required.

  3. Letters of Recommendation: Two to three letters from professors or academic/professional supervisors who are familiar with the applicant’s academic and research abilities.

  4. Personal Interview: Eligible candidates must pass a personal interview conducted by the program committee to assess their research goals and academic qualifications.

  5. Must hold a valid English proficiency certificate (TOEFL or IELTS) with a minimum score of 450 for TOEFL or 5 for IELTS, or provide proof that the language of study for the Bachelor’s or Master’s degree was English. If neither of these conditions is met, the applicant must take the university’s English proficiency test.

General Objective of the Program

To develop administrative practices in Palestinian and international institutions by providing students with current management techniques and relevant theoretical approaches, as well as guiding them toward scientific research that serves the management of the country and contributes to the existing literature in this field.

  5. To contribute to fostering a culture of scientific research and ensuring its sustainability.
