ويهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تخريج فنيين لديهم القدرة على تركيب أنظمة التكييف والتبريد والتمديدات الصحية ، وكذلك إجراء الصيانة الدورية والطارئة لهذه الأنظمة، إضافة إلى تقييم وتمديد شبكات التدفئة المركزية، كذلك القدرة على الصيانة العامة في المصانع.
