English language is crucial to keep pace with the rapid development in all areas of life. It opens up a variety of job opportunities. This program qualifies the students to excel in several work fields; such as the field of English language teaching (with the possibility of obtaining educational qualification diploma in conjunction with completing graduation requirements), the field of translation, and the field of public relations. After graduation, they can work in various ministries, governmental and non-governmental institutions, associations and international bodies. Finally, this specialization prepares the students for postgraduate studies in English and public relations.

  1. Developing the students’ abilities in the four English language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  2. Helping the students to employ and apply language skills and use them in the field of teaching, the field of translation, and the field of public relations in its various aspects.
  3. Helping the students to become familiar with the foundations and theories of public relations and the principles of marketing and economics.
  4. Providing the students with the necessary skills to design and implement projects and advertising and media materials using technology.
  5. Developing the students' abilities in discussions, interactive presentations, and persuasion skills.
  6. Developing critical thinking and its applications among students by providing them with the necessary skills to analyze different situations and make decisions based on logic.
